Shipping

FeedCaddy ships from Alberta, Canada. Standard lead times:

• In-stock orders ship in 2–3 weeks from confirmation.
• Spring chick season (Feb–May) fills our schedule fast — order early.
• International orders may require additional lead time and customs documentation.

Damage claims

Inspect your order at the time of delivery. Report any visible freight damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so we can file a carrier claim.

Returns

FeedCaddy products are manufactured to order. We do not accept returns of products that have been used. Unused product in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return freight.

Refunds

Refunds are credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the returned product being received and inspected.
